The Contoocook Valley Visual and Performing Arts Center is a registered NH not-for-profit corporation.  We are in the process of applying for Federal 501(c)(3) status, and researching funding alternatives.  We are governed by an Executive Committee and operating sub-committees, supported by officers of the corporation, a board and a project manager.
